Hosted by Winemaker Sarah Wuethrich, this three-course lunch prepared by the Ritz-Carlton Bacara culinary team will explore the iconic “Deep End” of the valley, just 16 miles from the coast, where their flagship Maggy Hawk Estate Vineyard sits among the redwoods. From this single vineyard site, several unique expressions of Pinot Noir are produced.
