Join winemakers and growers from the Russian River Valley for a celebratory look at the history that made the AVA well-known for growing and producing premium Pinot Noir in California. The Russian River Valley, established as an AVA in 1983, commemorates its 40th anniversary by sharing wines of the past, present, and future from four established and notable producers: Davis Bynum, Emeritus Vineyards, Patz & Hall and Ramey Wine Cellars. The producers will take a deep dive into the trends in grape growing and winemaking over the last four decades, as well as provide some perspectives on the innovative technology and sustainability efforts to steward the land for future generations.
