Sta. Rita Hills AVA Luncheon

Experience the cool climate of the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, with the longest growing season for Pinot Noir on the western coast. This lively, walk-around tasting and lunch at the exclusive seaside Angel Oak restaurant and patio at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara will feature a coastally influenced meal of locally sourced goodness.

The afternoon fête will feature boutique, hidden gem and flagship wineries from the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. From sparkling wines to Pinot Noir, from new releases to cellar collections this lunch will explore the breadth of the micro-climate of this AVA. From the fog-laden hills to the coastal influence and the long growing season winemakers continue to innovate. Your lunch experience will include opportunities to taste the vivacious character of youthful releases of Blanc de Noirs and Rosés to the beautifully aging millennium Pinot Noirs, and library vintages poured from magnum. All paired with gourmet fare from Angel Oak’s chef de cuisine and an unobstructed, sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean included.
