Sit down with the top winemakers from Oregon’s leading wine region for a three-course wine-tasting lunch prepared by The Ritz-Carlton Bacara culinary team. This tasting will dive deep into the history and look ahead to the future of Willamette Valley, whose pioneering spirit and camaraderie has vaulted this cool-climate collection of eleven nested AVAs located within the larger AVA's borders into one of the most premier Pinot Noir–producing regions in the world.
