Founded by industry veteran, Jeffrey Nelson, in 2009. Liquid Farm is best known for their Chardonnay program but have been producing acclaimed Pinot Noirs since 2014 and welcomed a true, Grand Cru Champagne to their portfolio in 2020.
Liquid Farm strives to produce balanced wines that showcase the elegance inherent to the Sta. Rita Hills. They achieve this by exercising minimal intervention, native yeast fermentations, and predominantly neutral oak barrels for aging. The results are reminiscent of some of Nelson's favorite Burgundian wines.
