WORKS & DAYS is a project born out of a commitment to capturing the spirit of a place. Our commitment is manifested in wines uncompromisingly crafted. With every vintage, we aim to capture a moment in time and honor the purity of the Sonoma Coast. Farmed with an organic conscience, the WORKS & DAYS Pinot Noir is harvested by hand in the cool & dark hours of the morning to preserve its vibrancy and striking nuances. Indigenous microflora fermentation and terracotta amphora aging amplify the concept of the terroir and maximize the character of the wine. We strive to create wines that are alive, complex, and honest.
