Jerry began his wine career in Santa Barbara at Michel Richard Citronelle. He has over 25 years’ experience in the Santa Barbara food & beverage industry. Previously, Jerry was the Director of Restaurants for Belmond El Encanto where he launched and oversaw all F&B outlets. Prior to El Encanto, Lee was the Restaurant General Manager & Wine Director at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California where he built a world-class wine list.
