Kelsey grew up in the wine industry, learning from her grandfather Joseph Phelps at the dinner table, in the vineyards, and by watching him build his iconic business. She practiced law in Silicon Valley before following her dream to join her family in the wine industry and start her own company, SEPPI Craft Sparkling Wines. SEPPI is focused on producing small production sparkling wines from some of California's most premiere sites. Each bottle of SEPPI represents a distinct snapshot of the time and place in which it was produced, all rooted in a foundation of exceptional terroir.
