After working most of his life in the tech industry, Steve became an integral part of the Lester Estate Wines Team when he joined forces with his wife Lori and her mother Patricia to begin developing the concept for a new winery business model: multiple winemakers influencing the grapes from a single source (the Lester Family Vineyards).

After years of working with the team to bring the project to fruition, Steve currently serves as the Lester Wine Ambassador, promoting various Pinot Noir-based products and consulting with the winemakers and strategic planning team to develop four distinctive pinot styles. When not working directly with the winemakers, he can be found gathering feedback from Lester's rapidly growing customer base in the tasting room and at special events.
