Domaine Della is a luxury, artisan, boutique, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producer. These wines are extremely limited production and sourced from the finest vineyards in the Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Santa Lucia Highlands.
Domaine Della is renowned for its exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines, each exuding an undeniable sense of refinement and sophistication. The winemaking style reflects a pursuit of balance and elegance. The Pinot Noirs are known for their expressive, concentrated fruit flavors, balanced by nuanced earthy undertones and a backbone of well-integrated tannins. The Chardonnays, on the other hand, offer a compelling contrast, with their vibrant acidity, layered flavors of orchard fruits, and subtle hints of oak from careful barrel aging. Both wines showcase the inherent character of the vineyards from which they are sourced, offering an intimate portrait of their unique terroir.
Domaine Della is crafted by David Hejl, which was his project while CEO and General Manager of Kosta Browne, who left in 2015 as the value creation successfully led to a sale to pursue his own luxury label. Domaine Della honors his mother’s ineffable legacy, an incredible woman who raised eleven children and passed long before her time.
2024 marks our 10th anniversary with the release of the 2021 vintage. All wines of our recent vintages have received critical acclaim of 95-99 pts from the wine media.
