Haliotide is a new sparkling wine project founded on the Central Coast by winemaker, Nicole Bertotti-Pope, and viticulturalist, Lucas Pope. We craft single vineyard, single vintage sparkling wines from chardonnay and pinot noir grown exceptionally close to the Pacific Ocean. The age-worthy Blanc de Blancs and Extra Brut Rosé showcase the oceanic influences on these distinctive vineyards of the SLO Coast. These tiny production wines are bottled, riddled and disgorged by hand at our winery in Templeton, CA.
