Winery Associations, Vineyard Designates and Importers can now register for the World of Pinot Noir.
There are two Grand Tastings, hosted on Friday and Saturday February 28 & March 1, 2025 from 2:30-6pm each day. Your registration covers both Grand Tasting days.
Your registration includes two pouring passes per day for each table that is purchased, additional passes must be purchased in advance.
The expected attendance for each day is 800-1000 guests per day.
Price includes participation in both Friday and Saturday events and two pouring passes for each day. Additional passes must be purchased in advance.
* A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 of the order total is added to all transactions.
Cancellation policy: Participants will receive a full registration refund if cancelled up until December 20, 2024. Any registration cancellations after that date will not receive a refund.
One table is provided at no charge. Second table price: $1500. *
As part of your association participation fee, all associations are required to donate and ship a large format bottle (or two 750 ml bottles) of wine for the WOPN Silent Auction. In keeping with our mission, a portion of the proceeds from our silent auction will be donated to non-profit institutions and/or scholarships that help further educate and enlighten the world of the storied Pinot Noir grape.
The 2025 WOPN Silent Auction will be conducted online. Our virtual format allows you to encourage your association customers to bid on these special packages and participate. The Silent Auction will kick-off on October 18th prior to us reuniting at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara and commence on October 28th, 2025.
Your donation may be combined with other association and winery donations to create unique, sought after auction lots.
You will be provided with a link to enter your auction items in your confirmation email.
To streamline the guest experience and create new marketing opportunities, WOPN has developed a variety of ways wineries and wine associations may participate beyond the Grand Tasting. These options include a sponsored lunch, a dinner and special Grand Tasting Experiences. These WOPN experiences are limited and will be available to wineries who support the WOPN mission on a first come, first serve basis and by discretion of the World of Pinot Noir organizers and Board of Directors.
The selection committee will start reviewing applications in August. Please consider these options and provide a description of the experience, spokesperson (s) and wines you will present. These details will help WOPN organizers in finalizing the 2025 event experience. You may consider aligning efforts with other brands.
Consider hosting a three-course, traditional sit-down lunch in the Rotunda of The Ritz-Carlton, Bacara. For this experience, two wines per course is recommended (up to six wines total). This opportunity is ideal for a single winery to showcase a specific AVA, sub-AVA, region or vineyard. Help customize the program and menu to pair with your wines and choose the spokesperson(s). Work with WOPN event organizers to price the lunch, which can accommodate up to 120 guests. This experience is available for $5,000* and can be split with other producers or a regional association.
Participation fees will be invoiced after event participants are selected and finalized.
Sponsor a reception style lunch with food stations in the Angel Oak restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Bacara OR Sponsor plated service featuring a prix fixe menu with wine pairings. We recommend selecting a theme (ex: sparkling wines, Rosé, vineyard-designated wines, etc.) to create a casual vibe with series wine and food. This opportunity is ideal for a regional association, a brand with a large portfolio or a group of wineries. Working alongside WOPN event organizers you will be part of creating a program aligned with your goals, develop a menu to compliment the wine theme and create the experience for up to 120 guests. Available for $5,000*.
This opportunity will attract a subset of the Grand Tasting audience, for some type of unique experiential focus on your brand (ex: food and wine pairing). Create a more intimate and interactive experience during the Grand Tasting. This experience is available for $5,000* and will have impressions from hundreds of consumers.
Sponsor a five-course, traditional sit-down dinner in the Rotunda of The Ritz-Carlton, Bacara. For this experience, two wines per course is recommended (up to 10 wines total). This opportunity is ideal for a single winery to showcase a specific AVA, sub-AVA, region or vineyard. Help customize the program and menu to pair with your wines and choose the spokesperson(s). Work with WOPN event organizers to price the dinner, which can accommodate up to 120 guests. This experience is available for $5,000* and can be split with other producers or a regional association.

Enjoy specially themed wines, favorites from the WOPN Library and hors d'oeuvres prepared by The Ritz-Carlton Bacara. The Opening Night Party is expected to sell out. Please make your plans early for 2025.
